I have known Adam Karpierz for more than a year, since he began working at Vertel as a Senior Software Engineer.
During that time Adam quickly understood the companies’ products and showed his ability not only to work with, but also to learn from other team members. He was also able to communicate in writing with his counterparts in the US. Dispite the learning curve, he became a very productive team member shortly after joining the company.
Adam is very flexible and quickly adopted to the new standards, procedures and working environment, which was completely new to him.
His computer programming and technology knowledge and wide professional interests are impressive. Adam enabled the company to make great progress in developing our software, especially in quality.
